This partial planning package is designed for the couple who has a good portion of the planning under control, but would like assistance in tying the details into the big vision.  Our team will step in a few months out to take the stress off of you and finalize all aspects of the wedding. 

SWEET & SIMPLE.png

This is the perfect package if you have taken on the bulk of the planning yourself and would simply like some assistance on your special day!  Our team will guide you in putting the last minute details together and ensure that your special day goes down without a hitch!

FLASHY & FABULOUS (FULL SERVICE)

  • Initial consultation with the couple

  • Unlimited phone and email communication prior to wedding (Hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

  • Up to eight planning sessions and two walkthroughs of the selected venue space

  • Works with the couple to prepare and understand their budget

  •  Prepares a timeline of tasks to be completed

  • Accompanies couple during site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues

  • Assists with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding

  • Aids with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors

  • Coordinating accommodations and transportation

  • Coordinates with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner

  • Provides detailed timeline for the day of the wedding to wedding party/family/vendors

  • Provides couple with Marriage License information

  • Final walk-through with the couple at selected sites month of the wedding

  • Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding

  • Final meeting covering all details with client

  • Personal Coordination for the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception and provides instruction on usher seating, family seating, wedding party processional, ceremony, wedding party recessional, and family recessional

  • Vendor confirmation and coordination for day of wedding

  • Assists with pinning boutonnieres and corsages

  • Assists photographer with ensuring pictures adhere to the predetermined event timeline

  • Direction of wedding party throughout the wedding day

  • Coordinates set-up for the ceremony and reception

  • Provides ceremony and reception layouts

  • Displays favors/memorabilia to distribute to guests at the end of the event

  • Gathers bags, food, etc. that will leave with the couple and ensures that they are placed in departure vehicle

  • Oversee reception clean up

  • One Wedding Consultant and Wedding Assistant on site day of wedding

  • Up to three planning sessions including two walkthroughs of venue space

  • Provide guidance on trends and etiquette

  • Provides couple with Marriage License information

  • Provides a list of preferred vendors within budget

  • Assist with the budget outline

  • Provides detailed timeline for the day of the wedding to wedding party/family/vendors

  • Provides ceremony and reception layouts

  • Personal Coordination for the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception and provides instruction on usher seating, family seating, wedding party processional, ceremony, wedding party recessional, and family recessional

  • Vendor confirmation and coordination for day of wedding

  • Coordinates set-up for the ceremony and reception
